Online access to Monroe County records is available through two platforms. Records from 1996 to the present can be searched at tapestry.fidlar.com. Records from January 2021 forward are also on officialrecordsonline.com. Each certificate ordered online costs $10. For records from 1831 to 1995, you need to search in person at the courthouse. The office charges $14 per hour for specific research requests on older records.
Note: In-person searches at the Monroe County courthouse are the only way to access records before 1996.
